Return & Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for return and refund in the following situations:
- Product(s) was not received; or
- Product(s) received does not match what you ordered (e.g. incorrect style/colour, etc); or
- Product(s) arrived with significant defect, or is damaged (e.g. broken straps, siginificant discolouration or stains, etc)
Return & Refund Instructions
- Orders satisfying any of the above conditions are eligible for return & refund. To start the process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the order’s delivery date, and include your name and order no. in the email. Please provide us with information on the issue, and we will send you a return link with further directions.
- We do not accept request for return & refund beyond 1 week after your product is delivered.
- All products must be returned in its original condition and packing. Products failing to be returned as instructed may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Foxlore.
- Please also include your name and order no. in your return package.
- Generally speaking, customers are responsible for paying any shipping cost for return/exchange themselves. We advise you use the tracked shipping method for any returns. However, depending on the reason for return, we may be able to subsidize your shipping fees. Please contact us first to let us consider your case individually.
- We will issue you a refund once we have received the returned item.
- Refunds will be paid back to your your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 1 week before the refunded amount can be viewed on your bank/credit or debit card statement
